The word is derived from two root words, Prati and Aahara.
Mind consumes energies and experiences. The experiences are stored as memories, which are the Big Data of the Mental world.
Brain and Body consume sensory experiences of the physical world. These are stored as memories in the Brain and Body cells. The Big Data of physical experiences contributes towards evolutionary adaptation of our Genes too.
Aahara is consumption. Whether food, energies, experiences that are internalized as memories, what we consume leaves its impact on our Mind, Brain and Body.
Prati is deep respect or reverence though we use now the common word ‘towards’. When our Mind, Brain and Body turns with respect towards our inner core (Antar Manas), it touches the restore point of Silence, Peace and Native Intelligence; a state before experiences begin dominating our perceptions.
Shoonya Pragna is this Restore point where we are not consumed by the Big Data of experiences and memories. Our Native Intelligence is not suppressed by our Lifestyles in this world.
